Configure health checks for maximum reliability.
Configuration
- Interval: 30s default, 10s critical, 60s non-critical
- Path: /health (keep it simple)
- Threshold: 2 failures (avoid false positives)

- Return 200 if service is running
- Keep it lightweight
- Monitor check logs

- Query database on health check
- Use threshold of 1 (too aggressive)
